We ship all over the world.

 

IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE?

We ship all over India for a standard shipping cost. International shipping can cost anywhere between INR 1500 - INR 3000 over and above the order total depending on factors such as weight and location.

 

WHAT’S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can track by clicking on the tracking link and see the status of your delivery. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We dispatch most orders within 10-12 working days. Standard Shipping will take up to 7-8 business days. International delivery can take up to 10-15 working days from dispatch.We usually deliver it to you soon within the said time. However, sometimes due to unavoidable circumstances, such as harsh weather conditions, unforeseen situations in the pick-up and/or delivery area or otherwise, you may expect some delay. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. To ensure timely delivery and avoid misplacement, we request you to provide your complete address ans check thoroughly before submitting. Incase the delivery is not accepted in the second attempt, the cost of re-shipping the product will have to be borne by the customer.  

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND DUTIES TAXES?

If you purchase from outside of India, you, the buyer, are responsible for all customs & duties associated as per law. For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on all bodii orders and must include the correct invoice for customs should they request this.

 

DAMAGED GOODS :

We are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before doing so.
